CONDITIONS AND WAY OF BOOKINGS
Prices include: 4/6 people, pots, pottery, heating, TV, light, water, swimming-pool admittance (including 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun-beds - only in summer), 1 parking lot.
Deposit: euro 100,00 due at check-in, refundable at check-out, deducting eventual damages.
Check-in: after 4 p.m.
Check-out: before 10 a.m.
Houses must be left in their original conditions.
Booking has to be confirmed by sending a 30% of the total price not later than 7 days after availability confirmation.
The whole rate is due even arriving later or leaving earlier then the booked period.
